I’m Melissa Hajj, a product and design leader turned coach, and I help designers and executives grow into the roles and the influence they’re truly capable of.
My experience
I’ve spent my career building products used by billions, shaping design cultures inside global organizations, and guiding large teams through rapid change.
I led a 70+ person design organization at Instagram focused on video creation and creator monetization, one of the most complex and high-impact spaces in consumer tech.
I designed and shipped consumer and enterprise products at Meta, Instagram, Apple, and other major tech companies.
I’ve interviewed hundreds of candidates and scaled cross-functional teams, disciplines, and multi-site organizations, helping leaders build teams that perform.
Why I coach
Across 25 years of leading teams, I know that helping designers grow their product intuition, step into bigger roles, and navigate defining moments is where I do my best work.
