We are mavens:
Passionate purveyors of our craft.
We invite clients who seek the same.
Good design is about every detail connecting back to the bigger picture.
That’s why all of Good Maven’s coaching and hiring practices are driven by social impact.
We’re intentional about meeting designers where they are and supporting them to get to where they want to go. And we’re intentional about hiring people who bring a diversity of experiences, perspectives, and ideas.
This makes for better, more intentionally built products, and helps correct power imbalances which have meant that traditionally, design has lacked the expertise, input and leadership of marginalised groups. We are here to change that.
For every coaching package purchased or designer hired, we donate an hour of coaching to a refugee in need via the UK charity Breaking Barriers.
We are committed to accessibility for people with disabilities, long-term conditions, mental health conditions, religious beliefs, and people who are neurodivergent or require other modifications, to make the most of your time with us.
