We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling European startup that has just raised a major funding round to transform enterprise software. They’re building a modular, API-first platform tackling some of the most complex challenges in B2B SaaS and design is central to their mission.
This is a rare opportunity to step in as Director of Product Design, shaping not just a product but a multi-product ecosystem from the ground up. You’ll set the design vision, build and grow a high-performing team, and create experiences on par with the world’s best software (think Stripe, Linear, Notion).
What You’ll Do
Lead the design function end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
Build and manage a team of exceptional product designers.
Define and scale a design system that spans multiple products and touchpoints.
Balance hands-on prototyping and craft with setting long-term vision.
Partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership to connect design directly to business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of world-class design quality in B2B enterprise SaaS or API-first platforms.
Experience leading small (2 or more) design teams, not just as a senior IC.
Strong portfolio that demonstrates polish, systems thinking, and product impact.
Tenure showing commitment and results (2–3+ years in key leadership roles).
A product-driven mindset with the ability to link design to strategic outcomes.
What You’ll Get
Competitive salary.
Stock options designed to reward long-term commitment.
Visa sponsorship + full relocation package to Berlin.
The chance to shape the design culture at a company that is redefining enterprise software.
This isn’t just another design leadership role. It’s a chance to set the standard for an entire category at a company poised to become a market leader.
