3D & Motion Designer

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing global fintech in the middle of a major rebrand, is seeking a 3D & Motion Designer to craft dynamic visuals that bring their new brand identity to life. Working closely with the brand and marketing teams, you’ll help define the motion and 3D language that will appear across campaigns, web, and digital experiences.

This is a chance to shape the creative look and feel of a brand with fresh executive approval and a clear creative direction. You’ll be part of a small, fast-paced team translating a bold visual concept into tangible, high-impact work.

What You’ll Do

  • Create 3D and motion assets for campaigns, digital surfaces, and social channels.

  • Develop animations and motion systems aligned with the new brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, and marketing leads to define the brand’s motion style.

  • Contribute to campaign ideation and execution with high-quality, original work.

  • Work efficiently using your own production hardware (Cinema 4D or equivalent).

About You

  • Experienced 3D and motion designer with a standout portfolio of campaign work.

  • Strong skills in Cinema 4D, After Effects, and other relevant tools.

  • Proven track record producing creative work for global brands (e.g., Spotify, Google, or major media/sports campaigns).

  • You thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments and can translate visual direction into cinematic storytelling.

  • Self-sufficient and able to deliver production-quality motion and 3D work from concept through render.

This role will be outside IR35 on a business-to-business contract. Candidates will need a business entity or umbrella company set up for this to work.

Interview process: Meet with the brand and design leads, if successful, start as soon as possible.

Portfolio: Must be world-class: creative quality is a top priority.
